Parliament of India consists of the President and two Houses —the Council of States (Rajya Sabha) and the House of the People (Lok Sabha)*.

It was designed by Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker, who were responsible for planning and construction of New Delhi by British government. Which house is more powerful and why?
